Q: I want to buy a game, but can't find the game in your catalog listing?
A: If it doesn't show in the catalog pages or after doing a search for it from the catalog, it's a good chance that we don't have it in stock.

Q: Do you guarantee that if the game is listed that you have it in stock?
A: Not 100%. Our inventory listings are updated daily. However, we also feed a retail store with our stock on hand and sometimes a game is bought there, but still shows as being in stock. If you buy a game from our web store, it will decrement the inventory amount and if the inventory amount reads 0, then the game will no longer be shown in the catalog pages. We are working on a system where the retail store and web store inventory work together, but until then...

Q: Do you have a catalog you can send out?
A: No. By the time we could print a catalog, get it to the printer and mail it out, we might not even have those games in stock anymore and would probably have a complete new inventory in some of the platforms. On top of that, the prices would probably of changed also.

Q: Why do you use U.S. Priority Mail to handle your shipping?
A: Quite simple. Speed and economics. They deliver anywhere in the U.S. in 2-3 days most of the time. To get this speed with other shipping companies would double or triple the shipping costs. We know that you want your games as fast as you can get them at the best shipping rate and we feel that at this time, this is the best method anywhere.

Q: I just submitted an order and I never received email confirmation. What should I do?
A: Send us an Email with your name and games ordered and an explanation that you didn't receive confirmation and we will check on it.

Q: Do you ship COD?
A: No! As a general rule, the COD costs are greater than it is worth - both to you the customer or to us.

Q: I live in a country not listed. Can you ship games to me?
A: Possibly, but call us and ask before placing an order. Is a good chance we can take your order over the phone, but we may require you to send us an international money order as payment before we ship your order.

Q: What is your return and warranty policies?
A: All games carry a 30 day replacement warranty. Systems have a 60 day warranty. We do not refund money.

If a game doesn't work:
Cartridge - Use rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip and try cleaning the contacts. Most cases, that is all that is needed.
CD - Try polishing the CD with a soft cloth or a CD cleaner. DO NOT use a Spin Doctor!! Spin Doctor leaves your CD dull and full of fine scratches. We do not ship CD's that have been Spin Doctored and using one will void your warranty!!

After cleaning and your game still doesn't work, email us and we will have you send the CD or cartridge back to us and we will replace it.

Q: Why don't you refund money? Only replace the game?
A: If we refunded money, some customers would use the 30 day guarantee to their advantage by playing the game until they beat it or 29 days, email us and say the game doesn't work and want their money back. Basically, getting free game rental.
